Editorial policy
Useful decisions require visible rules.
Our goal is to create decision assets, not thin pages that restate vendor marketing.
Research standards
Material claims about pricing, product capabilities, limits, affiliate programs, and policies should be checked against current primary sources where practical and date-stamped in the underlying record.
Comparison standards
Comparisons should explain tradeoffs, boundary conditions, and who should not buy a product. A page must add a distinct decision framework, calculation, dataset, example, or structured analysis rather than exist only to target a keyword.
Affiliate independence
Affiliate economics are never used as scoring inputs. Commercial relationships can determine whether an outbound link is monetized, but not whether the software is recommended.
Corrections
When a material factual error is identified, the page should be corrected and its checked date refreshed. Historical affiliate economics should not be presented as current without verification.
